Hunslet Hawks RLFC have raided Championship rivals York City Knight's again in a double swoop.

Following on from Yesterday's capture of David March the Hawks have today completed the signings of Scott Woodcock 25 Prop Forward and David Clayton 21 centre on 1 year contracts.

Woodcock spent a month on loan with the Hawks at the end of the 2009 League campaign and Clayton has been a regular fixture in the Knight's line up scoring 7 tries in 20 appearances.

Director of Rugby Darren Williams said "The addition of these 2 quality individuals will increase competition in our squad for 2010 as our planning really starts to take shape."

Williams added "We will announce 3 further signings next week as well as news of the retention of more of our current players."

Any Hawks supporters wishing to meet Clayton & Woodcock are invited to attend a Question of Sport evening at the Hunslet Warriors club as the Hawks captained by current player-coach Paul March take on the Warriors on Wednesday 7th October 8pm as the Hawks look to create further relationship's within the local community.
