Description
Phil has re-joined the Hawks this year after spells at Hull K.R. and Rochdale Hornets. Phil gained the Player of the Year award at Hull K.R. in his first season. Having been out of the game for a spell, he will look to build his match fitness then challenge for a place in the half-backs. Phil is also a more than useful goal kicker.
