Joe Helme & Danny Cook have signed 1 year contract extension's with the Hawks. Helme 25 & Cook 27 have both been good servants to the club and will add strength in depth to the forwards for 2010. Director of Rugby Darren Williams said "Joe had a good 2009 and this extension is reward for his efforts while Danny will be looking to get his 1st team place back and will play anywhere for the benefit of the side."
