In a somewhat farcical end to the day, Hunslet were eliminated from the 9s competition despite winning all three of their group games. We lost out on points difference and returned home a very frustrated outfit. The day itself was an enjoyable experience but probably not as good as last years weekend long format. No new injuries was also a bonus, and its back to the "biz" next week at Gateshead.
